From Discovery to Action
Our programmes are designed to move students through a structured process of self-reflection, planning, and execution. By the time a student completes our Grade 11 flagship year, they possess a professional Career Plan that serves as their personal roadmap to success.
- Focus: Identifying natural talents and aligning school subjects with future careers.
- The Process: Students undergo aptitude and interest profiling to understand their strengths. This ensures that their Grade 10–12 subject choices do not limit their future tertiary options.
- Milestone: Grade 9 Certificate Ceremony. A formal recognition of the learner’s commitment to their academic foundation.
- Focus: Broadening horizons and professional etiquette.
- The Process: We introduce learners to the modern economy and diverse industries. We focus on soft skills—communication, professional conduct, and time management—to prepare them for a corporate environment.
- Focus: Strategic Self-Discovery and Goal Setting.
- The Process: This is our most intensive year. Rather than just completing a workbook, each student develops a comprehensive Personal Career Plan. This includes:
- Self-Discovery Workbook: Deep-dive exercises to understand their unique value proposition.
- The Vision Statement: A clear, written declaration of their long-term aspirations.
- Goal Setting: Defined milestones for their academic and professional future.
- Action Plans: Step-by-step requirements for university admissions, funding, and skill acquisitions
- Milestone: Grade 11 Graduation Ceremony. A prestigious event celebrating the completion of their Career Plan. Graduates leave with a tangible document that guides their transition into adulthood.
- Focus: Practical application and tertiary transition.
- The Process: With their Career Plan in hand, the focus shifts to execution. We assist with navigating tertiary application portals (NSFAS, University, and College applications), financial literacy, and preparing for the final “leap” into the economy.
