Carole Craggs
Carole is the MD of Watershed Consulting, a recruitment agency. She has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, career counselling and HR consulting. She has a B.Comm Human Resource Management and worked at Standard Bank as a Team Leader in their Foreign Exchange division before joining Rennies Foreign Exchange as Senior Consultant. Carole joined Synergy Human Resources as Recruitment Consultant before moving to Watershed in 2001.
She started CareerBuild in 2007 after recognising the need for young adults be empowered to plan and choose their careers based on a knowledge of their God given talents, abilities and purposes as well as an understanding of the opportunities available.
Thabo Ramphore
Thabo completed his BA Honours, focusing on Business Strategy in [2009] at CTI. He started his career at Systemic Logic as a Business Analyst in 2011 before he moved to Standard Bank as Innovation Capability Manager in 2014. He is currently an Innovation Lead at Futureworld which he joined in 2017.
His volunteer experience includes being a tutor to grade 10 and grade 11 science learners in both Chemistry as well as Physics at Katleho Impumelelo Secondary School (2016-2017) as well as a Career Coach at CareerBuild where he has been involved since 2015. Thabo also works upskills young women in the tools & knowledge needed for 4IR through FMTALI (Faith Mangope Technology and Leadership Institute. During lockdown he found novel ways to teach high school learners and their teachers about the new world of work by running a series of webinars via Zoom, in collaboration with an NPO known as Vula Amehlo.
Kelebogile (Lebo) Mngomezulu
Lebo is a Chartered Accountant by profession and also holds an HDIP in Tax Law and HDIP in International Tax all of which were obtained from the University of Johannesburg. She joined Grant Thornton in 2007 as Trainee Accountant. After completing her articles and qualifying as a CA in 2010 she then moved to Barloworld where she was employed as Management Accountant. In 2014 Kelebogile was promoted to Tax Consultant at Barloworld Corporate Office and later Tax Manager. She is currently the Senior Tax Manager at Avis Budget.
Lebo ran CareerBuild projects in Sebokeng, Vaal Triangle from 2015 to 2017. She joined the board in 2017.
Moeketsi Nchoba
Moeketsi studied his B.Comm Marketing and Information Systems degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2000. He fulfilled a number of senior marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, SABMiller, Yum! Restaurants International as well as MTV Networks Africa before he joined FNB South Africa in 2010 as Head of Marketing. He consulted at Absa/Barclays for brand transition and at Barloworld for stakeholder engagement.
Moeketsi joined the CareerBuild Board of Directors in 2017.
